problem with THREDDS server 4.0 beta

My BES.Catalog.catalog.RootDirectory is pointing to my data and OPeNDAP
servrer 4 works fine on my machine, using OLFS component. 

When I click on HTML my THREDDS catalog appear, but it does not seem to
read the file in content/opendap/catalog.xml  it seems to read with the
original file,
 /webapps/opendap/initialContent/catalog.xml.   I even tried to delete
the file in content/opendap/catalog.xsml and THREDDS was still working.

I followed this documentation:
    /opendap/docs/thredds.html
    Section: READ THIS NEXT BIT OR ABANDON ALL HOPE!

I am not abandoning hope yet!!
