[Opendap-tech] changes coming to BES and OLFS

We are ready to check in to svn some changes to the BES concerning
communication between client and server. These changes are replacing the
current PPT protocol with chunking, which will make communication
between clients and the BES much faster and more reliable, especially
larger responses.

We will first be checking in the changes to the BES into SVN, which will
make the latest and greatest OLFS under svn unable to communicate with
the BES.

Please use binary builds or source tars from the OPeNDAP web site for
stable versions of the code.
