Opendap Virtualization (Aggregation) working group

Hi Denis: thanks, I see where you need 3 people, but is there a page where people are signing up, etc? i.e. how do you know if a group has a quorum yet or not? When you "decided to join the Virtualization (Aggregation)  group" did you do anything else besides post this messaage?
