20061107: Announcement of Matlab OPeNDAP Toolbox

To use some of the GUIs you will also need the timeplt package  
developed by Rich Signell of the USGS.This package is available at:  
http://woodshole.er.usgs.gov/operations/sea-mat/timeplt-html/. The  
GUI Toolbox page does not indicate that at present. It will be  
updated shortly.
