minor bug, ce_expr.y

In libdap/ce_expr.y  the parameter named "table" appears twice in the
declaration.  GCC doesn't care as these are just dummy params in the
declaration statement, but technically this is incorrect and some compilers
will generate an error on this.  Renaming one of the two will fix it.
