libdap on windows

I have the 3.6.2-tagged libdap code for windows building on
my machine, but there is a run-time issue that I need to resolve
... this weekend.

Should I do anything in particular in regards to contacting you
or providing binaries once I have things going ?

I'm curious if there is a binary distribution of libdap 3.6.2 for windows.
I'm having difficulties getting it to build myself.  If not binaries, is
there some documentation on how to build for windows?
