NetCDF support under windows

Hello!  I am trying to find a way to get the latest opendap netcdf support
to work under windows.  I am using Visual C++ 7 but if another compiler wil

work I am open to using that.  I would really like to be able to compile al
l
of the dependencies into the netcdf dll if possible so I can minimize how
many dlls I have to pass around.  I am pretty sure I can manage that part
once I know how to get the NetCDF dll built.  What source code should I
use?  Any suggestions on compiling?
