It is not a big deal if there is a release later. The extras part of fedora
is a 'rolling distribution', as far as I know there is no CD release, and
it isn't possible to install things from extras as part of the install.
So if there is a new release it should be simply updated.
It is important to have everything available in the extras tree when the
new fedora core is released, however, if somebody has the opendap softs and
wants to upgrade from FC4 to FC5.
